the flower field

So on the trail where we normally walk they have been building this church. It has had a green fence around it forever so we couldn't see inside. Finally the fence came down...hallelujah...this gorgeous field of wild flowers! I could not get Miss V into her tutu and leg warmers fast enough. There was this perfect little patch of soft grass and a lovely sunset. It was as if God had put it there just for us.

She was not too sure about the whole thing, but did love the poppies!
